Manual Mode
Manual Mode is used for "on-the-fly" operations where you need to move fluid without running a pre-set Work Order. Think of it as running an automated input without a Work Order: it uses the system's intelligent sequencing to operate inputs, but you decide when to start and stop the flow.

No Failsafes: Manual Mode does not provide any automated stops or safety overrides. You are in full control of all hardware.
No Record Keeping: Unlike the Mix tab, actions taken in this specific mode do not generate a data record or update chemical inventory. Neither Manual Mode nor Diagnostics Mode creates a Work Record — anything moved here is "off the books."
How Manual Mode Works
Section titled “How Manual Mode Works”The screen is organized by Input Cards, one per configured product or carrier input.
Automatic Sequencing: When you press Start on an input card, the system automatically sequences the flowmeter and all appropriate valves to make that specific input work — you don't have to open each valve individually.
User Control: The flow continues until you press Done on that card, which tells the system to close all associated valves.
Inductor Behavior: The Jug Rinse and Continuous Flow functions work exactly the same way they do during a standard mix. When you press Done on an Inductor card, the system automatically drains the inductor to the set level before finishing.
Common Usages of Manual Mode
Section titled “Common Usages of Manual Mode”Priming and Flushing: The standard tool for filling lines with carrier water or flushing out the manifold and hoses at the end of a field.
Manual Transfers: When you simply need to move a volume of fluid from one point to another.
Quick Testing of Operations: Allows you to verify that a pump is spinning or a valve is turning without having to build a Work Order first.
