API Work Orders

Importing Work Orders from a connected third-party API, and manually resolving orders that need review.

Tier: Premium unlocks the ability to connect an API, but this section of the Admin tab won’t appear until your organization actually has a specific API connection (e.g. Chem-Man, AgVance) configured.

The API Work Orders card is only visible in the Web App’s Admin tab (app.mixmate.com) — it does not appear on the tablet app at all, regardless of tier.
