Tablet Error 902 - Bad Data From Machine Error
Error 902 is a failsafe triggered when a flowmeter sends back a value that is smaller than the last value the tablet received from the machine.
Why am I getting this error?
Section titled “Why am I getting this error?”Flowmeters only count up — the running total should never decrease. If the tablet receives a value lower than what it already recorded, something has gone wrong that the system doesn't have a specific explanation for. Rather than risk using bad data in a mix, the tablet saves the last known-good value and automatically forces the mix into recovery.
How do I resolve this error?
Section titled “How do I resolve this error?”Because the tablet has already saved the last valid data, recovering the mix lets you pick up from where the machine last reported good data. If Error 902 happens repeatedly on the same flowmeter, it's worth checking that meter's wiring and connections, since a bad or intermittent connection is a common cause of corrupted readings.
