Configuration

Before you go further: Configuration changes directly affect how the machine measures and moves product. We highly recommend being on the phone with a Mixmate Technician or Dealer who understands what they’re changing before you make changes here.

Select the tab you need to configure:

System Tab[Included] System Serial Number (factory-set, for support), Alias (your custom name for the machine), and Master Serial Number (the Wi-Fi Master Module ID).

Assemblies[Included] Standard hardware packages — Pro Inductor, Fusion Inductor, Stack Stand, Single, and Carrier.

Custom Inputs[Included] 3rd-party or specialized hardware — Flow, Inductor, or Manifold types.

Where do I enter hose dimensions for the inputs?[Full] Entering hose length and diameter for accurate flushing and dosing.

Mix Actions[Full] Auxiliary pumps/valves during a mix — Whole Mix, For Destination, During Operation, While Measuring, and Carrier Line.

Pre/Post Mix[Full] Automating timed tasks like air purges — Timing Selection, Run with Recovery, and Component Configuration.
