Power Module Blink Code - 2 Blinks
A 2-Blink Error is a safety-driven emergency shutdown. It occurs when the "watchdog" timer in the Power Module expires because it hasn't heard from the brain of the system.
What does this mean?
Section titled “What does this mean?”If you see the LED on the Power Module blinking twice every 5 seconds, it means the Power Module has not received the required "heartbeat" check-ins from the master controller.
To prevent the machine from performing unintended actions or getting stuck in an operation without supervision, the Power Module performs an emergency shutdown of all outputs.
How do I fix this?

Section titled “1. The Simple Reset”Reboot the Mixmate. Power the system down completely, wait ten seconds, and turn it back on. This often re-synchronizes the communication between the master controller and the Power Module.
2. Check Power
Section titled “2. Check Power”Low voltage anywhere on the system — not just at the Power Module itself — can cause the master controller to "brown out" and stop sending its heartbeat check-ins before the whole system actually dies. See Power Check for the full procedure.

4. Additional Checks
Section titled “4. Additional Checks”If the 2-blink error persists after power and CAN bus resistance both check out:
Grounding Issues: Inspect the ground connection between the Power Module and the machine frame. A loose or corroded ground can cause "noise" on the communication lines, drowning out the heartbeat signal.
Master Controller Failure: If power, CAN bus resistance, and grounding all test perfectly but the 2-blink error continues, the master controller may be failing and require replacement.
