Tablet Error 104 - Supply Voltage is too low

Error 104 indicates that the Mixmate hardware is sensing a drop in power. While the system may still be running, low voltage often leads to erratic behavior, communication failures, and improper valve operation. If the voltage drops further, this escalates to Blink Code - 1 Blink, which is a hard stop rather than just a warning.

Why am I getting this error?

You will receive Error 104 when the machine detects that the voltage has dropped to a critical level (typically around 12.3V or lower). This is a warning that your battery lacks the "push" required to operate heavy loads like pumps and valves.

If this isn't addressed, you will likely see other secondary errors as individual components fail to receive enough power to function correctly.

How do I resolve this error?

Voltage alone doesn't tell the whole story; capacity is just as important. Work through the full Power Check procedure, starting with charging and evaluating the battery.
