Approved Devices

The Mixmate App runs on Android 11 or later and iOS/iPadOS 18.6 or later. See Supported Devices for the full requirements, the tablets Praxidyn recommends and tests with, and the tablet mounting cups.

Warranty Procedures

1. Warranty Document

2. Contact your dealer to begin warranty replacement.
3. For parts to be considered for warranty, they must be no more than 1 (one) year old and have a manufacture defect.
4. Unless other arrangements have been made, payment must be made and part(s) to be replaced shipped either to your dealer or Praxidyn before replacement(s) can be shipped to you. Praxidyn will then perform warranty check with original manufacturer and reimburse cost once warranty has been approved.
