Mixmate SI

The Mixmate SI is a single fixed unit, not a component kit like the standard Mixmate hardware family. This section covers everything you need for it in one place — installation, running the app, and everyday care.
Note: The Mixmate SI runs the same Mixmate App as every other machine. These articles assume you are operating at the Included software level. If you upgrade your subscription, the rest of the Using the App section covers the additional features that unlocks.
Using Your Mixmate SI
Approved Devices
Below are links to the recommended tablets that are used by Praxidyn to test all the software with. We utilize the Samsung Tab Active line because they have proven to hold up well in the chemical mixing environment. Cellular provides the advantage to sync while in the field.
For North America/U.S.-based users, please make sure you are NOT using a tablet marked for International use.

Warranty Procedures
- Contact your dealer to begin warranty replacement.
- For parts to be considered for warranty, they must be no more than 1 (one) year old and have a manufacture defect.
- Unless other arrangements have been made, payment must be made and part(s) to be replaced shipped either to your dealer or Praxidyn before replacement(s) can be shipped to you. Praxidyn will then perform warranty check with original manufacturer and reimburse cost once warranty has been approved.
