If you are seeing this, the most likely cause is that the Terminators on the CAN bus are not working. You should have 2 BLUE connectors with a yellow label that shows "TERMINATOR" plugged into the Mixmate as far apart as possible. Below is a diagram to give an idea where the terminators should be found
