What is a Product?
A product is something that can be used in a work order to make a mix. It is either a liquid or a dry and has a density. Products can be used as carriers or as items added to carriers. Products can be fertilizers.

To add a new Condition to your list, press the blue "+" button in the lower right corner of the Conditions overview page:
Items with "*" are required.
Product Name
This is the name of the product and is what will show when selecting products from lists is required.
This is what physical form the product comes in. It is either a liquid or a dry product. If it is a dry product the density will automatically be set to 1.0 Specific Gravity.
Density and Density Rate
These two entries combined define the density of the product. The density is the numerical value entry and the density rate is the units of the value.
Prefill Amount and Prefill Unit of Measurement - Dry Products ONLY
These two entries combined define the prefill amount to be used for this product. The prefill amount is the numerical value entry and the prefill unit of measurement is the units of the value.
** NOTE ** The range to be used with a Mixmate inductor is 1 to 5 gallons. A smaller number will create a more aggressive continuous flow that ingests difficult products better.
Rinse Amount and Rinse Unit of Measure
These two entries combined define the rinse amount to be used for this product. This can be overridden in each work order in which this product is added. The rinse amount is the numerical value entry and the rinse unit of measure is the units of the value.
Default Rate
The default rate is used when this product is selected in a work order. The default rate auto selects the usage rate in the work order. For example, if you always use this product in Fluid Ounces/Acre, you can select that here.
Regulatory Number
The regulatory number is an entry field where you can enter items such as an EPA number.
Display Unit of Measurement
The display unit of measurement allows you to specify what units you would like this product to read out in during the mixing process.
Container Size and Container Size Unit of Measurement
These two entries combined define the containers in which you receive this product. The container size is the numerical value entry and the container size unit of measurement is the units describing the value.
Current Inventory in Container UOM
This is a place to enter an inventory for a simple countdown after each mix. You MUST have the container size defined to set an inventory. This is not an inventory per machine or trailer or warehouse. The Mixmate just subtracts what was mixed from this value and updates it with each mix.
