Products

Products are used to create Work Orders and also recorded in Work Records.


( 1 ) Product Name - The Name of the product, this is what shows in dropdown selections
( 2 ) Physical Form - The form of the product. Products are either liquid or dry.
( 3 ) Density - the numerical value of the density of the product. Finding Density of a Product
( 4 ) Density Rate - Usually either lb/gal or specific gravity(g/ml, kg/l, water and dry products should always be 1 specific gravity)
( 5 ) Rinse Amount - the numerical value of the rinse amount, default is 3 gallons. Adjust this number to meet your desires.
( 6 ) Rinse UOM - the units that describe the value of the rinse amount
Everything Below is NOT required
( 7 ) Regulatory Number - This can be the EPA number or any other number given by a regulatory agency
( 8 ) Display Unit of Measurement - The units in which the total for the product is displayed during a mix.
( 9 ) Container Size - Currently the container size is only used for items used with inductors. This is the size the Mixmate will reconcile the measurement with when rinsing the container.
( 10 ) Container Size Unit of Measurement - the units that describe the value for the container size
( 11 ) Current Inventory (Currently not Implemented) - The "+" to the right of the entry field adds inventory to the entry field. This value will deduct with usage during the blend.

Additional Fields with Dry Products



( 12 ) Prefill Amount - This the amount of prefill in the inductor for this specific product. Default is 5 gallons. A smaller number will create a more aggressive continuous flow and a larger number will create a more steady continuous flow. The Mixmate inductor will stop adding prefill around 10 gallons.
( 13 ) Prefill Unit of Measurement - the units that describe the value for the prefill amount
