Mixmate Machine Blink Codes

Blink Codes

The number of flashes happens once every 5 seconds. The power must be cycled to clear the code.

1 blink - Low Voltage Dropout ( resets below approximately 11 volts ), get a charger on your battery! - Reboot Mixmate and try again - Troubleshooting

2 blinks - Master Controller unexpected error. - Reboot Mixmate and try again. The master controller has quit sending messages to the power module. More often than not it's either a poor ground connection or a bad terminator. The only internal ground connection on the Mixmate is the ground wire that comes out of the power module and connects to the frame. Make sure this is tight. It takes a 4mm or 5/32 allen (same size as all of our other allen bolts) and a 7/16 wrench to check it. Other than that, verify there are good grounds back to whatever is charging the battery and battery to Mixmate. - Troubleshooting

3 blinks - CAN bus error while running operations  - Reboot Mixmate and try again. The master controller was unable to send commands to the intended modules on the CAN bus. - Troubleshooting

4 blinks - Tablet Communications Lost while running operations - Mixmate was in the middle of measuring operations and stopped receiving communications from the tablet, so the Mixmate applied a emergency stop. The Mixmate automatically resets communications on its side and waits for the tablet to reestablish communications. Either try going back into manual mode or restarting the Mix. TYPICALLY HAPPENS WHEN LEAVING MANUAL MODE WITH A FLOWMETER OR SCALE TURNED ON.
