Work Records
What is a work record?
A work record is a report of the mixes that have been completed with Mixmate. This is also where you can output a pdf or a csv of your records. Records output is limited to 100 records at a time or by device memory space, whichever is less. Remember this tool only searched records that have been uploaded to the cloud. If you are not seeing a record, ensure your devices have been synced with the cloud.
Filter By
Only 1 filter by selection can be used at a time.
The options for Filter By are:
- Work Order
- Destination
- Mixmate
- Product
Once the type is selected, you may select as many items in that category as you would like. For example, if you selected "Product" for the type, you would then be allowed to select as many items from the product list you would like to include in your search.
Report Tags
The report tags selected here will filter the records that include the selected tags.
Date Range
The start date will include any records completed with the selected date through either a selected end date or today's date. So if you want to show all records created today, you would select today's date for the start date and leave the end date blank.
Search Records and Results
The search records will start the search with the filters above applied and show the number of results found.
** NOTE ** A maximum of 100 records can be returned at a time and may be less if your device cannot process that many at a time.
You will see the following error message if you hit the limit of returned records:
The maximum number of results has been reached, either by device memory or query limits. You may want to narrow your search.
Generating a PDF or CSV
When you have found some records that you would like to generate a PDF report with, this button will be available in the lower right corner of the screen.
Details and options inside the modal that pops after pressing the PDF button
PDF File Name
This is an editable file name that defaults using the current timestamp.
Cover Page - Only applies to PDF output
This places a cover page at the beginning of the PDF with the number of records contained in the report
Overview Page - Only applies to PDF output
This places a page containing the referenced work orders and how many mixes in which they were used. It also contains the totals of each product used in the report.
Mix Pages - Only applies to PDF output
This creates an individual page for each mix in the PDF with all the details recorded for that mix
Generate Button
This button generates the PDF and once the PDF has been generated, the app will switch to the device's PDF viewing application
CSV Button
This button generates a CSV and sends it to your downloads folder.
