A Work Record is a detailed report of every single mix performed and completed with Mixmate. This section of the app allows you to review historical data, track product usage, and export records as PDF or CSV files for billing or regulatory compliance.
To find specific data, you can apply various filters.
Note: Only one Filter By category can be used at a time, but you can select multiple items within that category.
Filter By: Choose to search by Work Order, Destination, Mixmate (machine), or Product.
Example: Select "Product," then select "Atrazine" and "Roundup" to see every mix containing either product.
Report Tags: Filter results to only show mixes associated with specific tags, such as a particular Grower, Farm, or Field.
Date Range: Select a start and end date.
Tip: To see only today's records, set the start date to today and leave the end date blank.
A maximum of 100 records can be returned per search.
If you receive an error message stating the limit has been reached, narrow your search (e.g., shorten the date range) to view the remaining records.
Cloud Sync: Mixmate only searches records that have been uploaded to the cloud. If a recent record is missing, ensure your tablet or device has synced.
Once you have filtered your list, you can generate a formal report using the buttons in the lower right corner.
When generating a PDF, you can customize the output in the following ways:
File Name: Defaults to a timestamp but can be edited.
Cover Page: Adds a summary page showing the total number of records.
Overview Page: Provides a high-level summary of the Work Orders used and the Total Product volumes consumed across all selected mixes.
Mix Pages: Generates a dedicated, detailed page for every single mix in the report.
The CSV Button is only available on the web app. It generates a spreadsheet file and saves it directly to your device's downloads folder. This is ideal for importing data into accounting software or other management platforms.
