This type of Work Order serves as your master prescription or recipe. It is a template designed for repeated use, allowing Mixmate to automatically scale your chemical ratios to any mix size or field area based on your defined application rate.
| Field | Description |
| Reusable Mix Name* | The name displayed in selection menus. Use a name that identifies this specific Work Order (e.g., "Standard Bean Mix"). |
| Report Tags | Select tags like Crop Year, Crop, or Pass Type. These tags are associated with the Work Order to ensure consistent data organization in your reports. |
| Final State of Mix | Choose whether the final solution is Liquid or Dry. This defaults to Liquid. |
| Destination | Used primarily for filtering records when selecting this template. |
These settings define the foundation of your Work Order.
Carrier: Select the majority product used to reach the final volume (e.g., Water or 32% UAN).
Mix Size and Unit: Enter your standard or desired mix size (e.g., 1,200 Gallons).
Application Rate Value and Rate: If a carrier is selected, you must enter the target application rate (e.g., 15.0 Gallons per Acre). This ensures the concentration of the Work Order remains perfect regardless of total volume.
When adding chemicals to your Work Order, you can choose how the rates behave:
Set a fixed amount (e.g., 1.0 Quart/Acre). This product will always be added at this exact rate.
Set a Min, Default, and Max rate. This gives the operator flexibility to adjust the rate during Mix Preview within your safety boundaries.
For optional additives. During Mix Preview, the operator enters 1 (ON) to include the product in the mix or 0 (OFF) to exclude it.
Automatically adjusts the rate based on live data (like wind speed). This creates a "smart" Work Order that reacts to the environment.
For every product added, specify the volume of carrier used to flush the lines. This pulls from your inventory defaults but can be customized for this specific Work Order if a higher rinse volume is needed.
