Work Order Number

This is the name that will display in the selection menus. The work order number is a string, so it does not have to be a number only.

Report Tags

Select any report tags that you would like to associate with every time you use this to make a mix. Common selections here would be Crop Year, Crop, and Pass Type. You can find more information on the Report Tags page. You can add additional tags at the end of each mix before saving the mix.

Final State of Mix

The final state of mix is used to know whether the final mixed solution is in a liquid or dry state. This defaults to liquid.

Destination

The destination is only used for filtering records when creating this type of work order.

Carrier

If you have a majority product that is added to a mix where the purpose is to achieve a final application rate, then select that product as carrier. This typically is Water for most mixes.

Mix Size and Unit of Measurement

This is the desired final size of the mix. The Mix Size entry is the numerical value and the Unit of Measurement entry is the units that describe the value.

Application Rate Value and Rate

The application rate value and rate are required if a carrier product is selected. These two fields represent the desired overall application rate of this mix. The application rate value is the numerical value and the rate is the units that describe the value.

Mix Size Type

The mix size type sets the size of each mix independently of the work order size. Below are the options and how it divides the work order into individual mixes.

Destination Capacity

Selecting destination capacity requires a destination to be selected to save the work order. In the example above, the work order size is 586 acres, but our sprayer only holds 1200 gallons, so choosing this would make the mix size be 1200 gallons until the final partial load is needed. This is the best option if you are mixing into different size sprayers and the operator is choosing the correct sprayer in the Mix Setup Page.

Number of Splits

Selecting the number of splits requires you to also enter a value to divide the work order size by. For example if you use the reference above of 586 acres, and you want to split this work order in 5 even loads, you would select number of splits and enter 5 to have a mix size of 117.2 acres per mix.

User Defined

Selecting user defined allows you to set the value and the units of the mix size. For example, if you would like to always have a mix size of 985 gallons, this is the selection you would make.

Work Order Size

Selecting work order size completes the work order in one mix.
