If you have just updated your Mixmate App and it appears to be stuck or "frozen" on a loading screen immediately after you press the Agree button, it is usually performing a critical background task.
The Mixmate App is highly sophisticated. When new features or security updates are released, the app must migrate your existing local data (Work Orders, Products, and History) to a new format so it can be handled properly by the updated software.
Depending on the amount of data stored on your tablet, this process can take a few minutes to reorganize everything into the new system architecture.
Be Patient: In most cases, the app is not actually frozen; it is just working through a large database.
Wait 5 Minutes: Leave the app open and the screen on. Most migrations complete within this window.
Do Not Force Close: Interrupting a migration can sometimes lead to data inconsistencies.
If the app remains on the same screen for more than 5 minutes without moving forward:
Include Your Info: Provide your Company Name and the email address of the Admin user signed into the device.
