Getting 401 error frequently? The most common cause of random disconnects between the tablet and the Mixmate is power related. Depending on your charging system and the battery next to the Mixmate, the system can see very low voltage spikes that can cause oddities, but also not be low enough for enough time for the low voltage emergency shutdown to activate. - Mixmate Wiring

Other disconnects happen because the tablet and Mixmate get to much distance between each other. Typically this would be more than 100 feet. 

Other things to check:

1. Set Screen Timeout longer: The screen turning off may cause disconnect issues. Set Screen Timeout

2. Make sure location services is turned on. Automatic management of wifi requires location. Turn on Location Services

3. Make sure permissions are granted. Manually granting permissions

4. If you have a cellular device: Make sure you have turned off cellular data override. Turn off Cellular Data Override

5. Turn off anything with Intelligent Wifi

6. Make your device software is up to date.
