The most common cause of random disconnects between the tablet and the Mixmate is power related. Depending on your charging system and the battery next to the Mixmate, the system can see very low voltage spikes that can cause oddities, but also not be low enough for enough time for the low voltage emergency shutdown to activate.

Other disconnects happen because the tablet and Mixmate get to much distance between each other. Typically this would be more than 100 feet.
