1. Check Your Internet Connection

The Mixmate app requires an active internet connection to verify your credentials against the cloud database.

  • The Fix: Ensure your tablet is connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot or has a strong cellular signal.

  • Good News: You only need the internet for the initial login and for syncing data. Once you are logged in, you do not need an internet connection to run the Mixmate hardware or complete your mixes.

2. "Mixmate Wi-Fi" vs. Internet

A common mistake is being connected to the Mixmate Hardware Wi-Fi while trying to log in.

  • The Problem: The Mixmate Wi-Fi allows the tablet to talk to the pumps and valves, but it does not provide internet access.

  • The Fix: Temporarily switch your tablet Wi-Fi to a standard hotspot or home network to log in, then switch back to the Mixmate network to run your system.

3. Reset Your Password

If you are definitely connected to the internet but your login is still being rejected, your password may be incorrect.
