You do not need a wi-fi password! The Mixmate has its own wi-fi network that your tablet will join, allowing the app to control the Mixmate hardware. The app and tablet will automatically securely join this network, so you do not have to enter a password like you normally would with other devices and wi-fi networks. In fact, DO NOT enter anything in the password field as this will cause issues with the tablet/app auto-connecting to the Mixmate.

If you have entered a password, you can go to the tablet settings -> Wifi -> Long Press the Mixmate Wifi and then "Forget Network". This will reset all the settings with how the tablet connects to the Mixmate Wifi.

Also, make sure no other devices are currently connected to the Mixmate Wifi as the Mixmate will only allow 1 device at a time to be connected to the machine.
