What is reconciliation and how do I adjust the window?
Reconciliation is aligning the measured amount with the container size of the product when rinsing the container during a handpour product in the inductor. The purpose of reconciliation is to keep inventory creep of small containers to a minimum.
Here is the link on how to set the container size on the product (also activates continuous flow button):
Set Container Size
The reconciliation percentage is set in Group Settings. This percentage controls the size of the window around the container size in which the current measurement will jump to the container size when rinsing the container.
Example 1: The reconciliation percent is set to 3% and the container size is 2.5 gallons. This means that if the current measurement is between 2.43 gallons and 2.57 gallons when the container rinse is started, the measurement will jump to 2.5 gallons.
Example 2: The reconciliation percent is set to 5% and the container size is 2.5 gallons. This means that if the current measurement is between 2.38 gallons and 2.62 gallons when the container rinse is started, the measurement will jump to 2.5 gallons.
To edit the reconciliation percentage do the following: Admin Tab -> My Groups -> "Your Group" -> Group Settings -> Reconciliation Percent -> Save in upper right corner
