FAQ: Web App Not Saving Data

If you are entering Work Orders, Products, or other information in the Data Tab and find that the items are not appearing in your list after clicking the Save Button, your browser is likely holding onto outdated "cached" information.

The Issue

Your browser is showing you a "cached" (saved) version of the page, instead of loading the page from the server, and preventing your data to be properly saved.

The Solution: The "Hard Reset"

A standard refresh (clicking the reload icon) is often not enough to clear this. You must perform a Hard Reset to force the browser to discard its old data and pull fresh from the servers.

How to perform a Hard Reset:

  1. Windows (Chrome/Edge/Firefox): Press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard.

  2. Mac (Safari/Chrome): Hold Shift and click the Reload button, or press Cmd + Shift + R.

[!IMPORTANT] Best Practice: We recommend performing this Hard Reset 2 or 3 times in a row while logged out of the web app. This ensures the browser has completely purged any stuck background processes before you log back in.


If your data isn't showing up, follow these steps in order:

  1. Log Out of

  2. Perform the Hard Reset (Ctrl + F5) three times.

  3. Log Back In.

  4. Try again.
