Error 302 is a high-level communication alert indicating that the connection between your tablet and the Mixmate hardware has been interrupted.
You will receive Error 302 when the Mixmate app on the tablet is unable to establish or maintain a handshake with the master controller. This can happen if the hardware loses power, if the data connection is dropped, or if the master controller is busy recovering from a previous fault (such as Error 301).
Without this link, the tablet cannot send instructions to start a mix, and the hardware cannot send real-time data back to the screen.
Because this is a software-to-hardware connection failure, a "digital handshake" reset is usually required.
Power down the Mixmate hardware completely using the battery disconnect switch. Wait a few seconds and turn it back on. This restarts the master controller and resets its communication broadcast.
Fully close the Mixmate app on your tablet (swipe it away in your app switcher) and then reopen it. This forces the tablet to look for the machine again and establish a fresh connection.
Check that the machine actually has power. If the battery is dead or the disconnect switch is off, the tablet will never find the device.
