Failed SRAM is a critical hardware alert indicating that the master controller's internal memory processing has failed.
You will receive Error 102 when the system detects a failure in the message processing chip inside the master controller. This chip is responsible for handling the communication between your tablet and the Mixmate hardware.
If this chip fails, the master controller will not be able to process any commands or messages from the tablet, effectively stopping all automated mix operations.
Because this is a failure of an internal hardware component, it cannot be fixed through software updates or wiring adjustments.
