Setting up the app really just means logging in and making sure you can see your equipment. You can access Mixmate in two ways: through the Web App on your computer or the Mobile App on your tablet.
It is important to know the difference between the two:
Web App (app.mixmate.com): Use this to view data, create work orders, and run reports from the office. You cannot run the machine from here.
Mobile App (Android/iOS): Use this on your tablet to connect to the machine, control the pumps, and run the mix.
Make sure your administrator has already created a user account for you in Intersect. If you don't have an email and password yet, you cannot log in.
Open the App: Go to app.mixmate.com in a browser, or open the Mixmate App on your tablet.
Enter Credentials: Enter your email and password.
Check your Organization: Once logged in, you should see your company name.
Check your System: You should see your Mixmate equipment listed.
Note: Your login is the same for the Web App, the Mobile App, and Intersect.
Remember, Intersect is only for administrative tasks like billing and adding users. You do not use Intersect to run mixes or view reports. All of your daily work happens in the Mixmate App or the Web App.
Why can't I start a mix from the website? For safety and security, you must be physically near the machine to run it. The Web App cannot connect to the hardware; only the Mobile App on your tablet can do that.
I logged in, but I don't see my machine. Why? First, check that you are in the correct Organization (if you belong to more than one). If it is still missing, contact your administrator to make sure they assigned the equipment to your user account.
