Report Tags


Report tags are attached to Work Records by selecting them when creating a work order or at the end of a mix. The intention is that each tag allows the ability to filter the Work Records with a defined tag to find the data you want in the report. Report tags are typically created for categories such as Crop, Crop Year, Field Operation, Grower, Farm, Field, Customer, etc.




  1. ( 1 ) Report Tag Name - This is the display/searchable text
  2. ( 2 ) Show area fields - If this Report tag has an area associated with it, turn this toggle on
  3. ( 3 ) You can have up to 3 layers of Report Tags. This is to support the Grower-Farm-Field structure, or any other organization that you would like

  1. ( 4 ) Area - the numerical value of the area
  2. ( 5 ) Area Unit of Measure - the units that describe the value of the area
