If you are seeing 4 blinks every 5 seconds on the Power Module on your Mixmate machine, the machine has lost communications with the tablet while running operations, forcing an emergency shutdown. Most common scenario is when you leave something turned on in diagnostics mode and then walk away from the machine.

1. The error will automatically clear when you interact with the machine again.

2. Reboot the Mixmate.
