The Mixmates card (found under the Data tab) is the control center for your machine's hardware logic, firmware, and plumbing definitions.
The Menu Modal (Three Dots): Use this for Diagnostics Mode (manual hardware testing) and Update Machine (firmware updates).
The Settings Modal: Tap the center of the Mixmate bar. This opens the first level of settings, including Holdback Size and Carrier Valve Position. Note: You must press SAVE for changes here to apply.
Configuration: Accessible via the button at the bottom of the Settings Modal.
System Serial Number: Factory-set; used for technical support.
Alias: Your custom name for the machine (e.g., "Main Plant").
Master Serial Number: The ID of the Master Module used for Wi-Fi communication.
Used for standard hardware packages.
Inductors (Pro & Fusion): Configure load cell calibration, reaction speed, and drain valves.
Fusion/Stack Stands: Define Stack Throttle Valves, Flowmeters, and Plumbing Inputs (including Hose Dimensions).
Carrier: Define primary/secondary flowmeters and measurement ports.
For 3rd-party or specialized hardware.
Types: Flow (singles), Inductor (non-Mixmate), or Manifold (custom stacks/repack stations).
Measurement: Choose Flowmeter, Mass Flowmeter, or Scale (including ADC Gain and Scale Head power settings).
Plumbing: Define valves (Digital or CAN bus) and Hose Dimensions.
Controls auxiliary components (pumps/valves) during the mix.
Whole Mix: Runs for the entire mix (e.g., Main Pump).
During Operation: Runs from prefill through rinsing for a specific product (e.g., Rinse Pump).
While Measuring: Runs only while product is actively flowing (e.g., Boost Pump).
For Destination: Runs only when the mix is sent to a specific tank.
Automates timed tasks like air purges.
Run with Recovery: Keep OFF for air purges to prevent blowing air through chemical-filled lines during an interrupted mix.
Component Type: Usually Digital for solenoid-controlled air valves.
