Mixmate Update Process

Step 1: Sync Data to Cloud (Intersect)

1. Press cloud icon in top right corner ( 1 )
   
2. Or press "Sync Intersect" from Menu ( 2 )
   

Step 2: Verify App Version

1. Click Settings from the Menu ( 3 )
   
2. The App Version is found in the lower left corner ( 4 )
   

Step 3: Update Controller Firmware

1. Click on the "Update Controller Firmware" line ( 5 )
   
2. Select your Mixmate that you are updating
   
3. Continue to Reboot your Mixmate and Run Updates until all Modules display "Module Up to Date" ( 6 )
   
4. IF your Power Module is NOT updating, you MUST send in your module to Praxidyn to get updated. Make sure to include the following information INSIDE the package.
   
1. Return Shipping Label
   
2. "Update Power Module Firmware" Note
