Example of Mix Setup
This example shows we selected the Mixmate 1074 and the Example Work Order. As you can see it will take 5.86 mixes to complete this work order. The mix size was set to the sprayer size because of the settings used when creating this work order. Everything is editable at this point. The work order just sets the initial values used.
Select Mixmate
This is not required to go to the next step. You can use the Mixmate app for recording mixes that you have completed without Mixmate machinery.
Select a Work Order
You must select the work order that you would like to run to proceed to the next step.
Click Here to learn how to create work orders. ** NOTE ** you may not see all the work orders here that you see when you go to the Work Orders Overview page in the Data Tab. The selection here depends on if there are filters set for the work order. Check the
Applied Mix Filters if you are not seeing something you are expecting.
Work Order Progress
The work order progress section displays only if the work order is set up to be marked as complete when finished.
Mix Size and Unit of Measurement
The mix size and unit of measurement entries allow you to adjust the size of the mix. For a liquid rate based mix, the units can be in volume or area. For a dry rate based mix, the units can be in weight or area. For totals based mixes, the units need to be in volume for liquid and weight for dry.
Application Rate and Rate
The application rate and rate entries allow you to adjust the overall application rate of the mix. These entries only display when the work order is set up to use them.
Destination
The destination is required if the work order is set up to use destination capacity for mix size. Also, if you have Mix Actions setup that are dependent on a destination, this is also required for the mix to work properly.
