Definitions of sections of the Mix Preview page

Mix Properties

The mix properties give an estimate of the total volume and total weight of the final mixed solution. It also shows by mix style the products will be added to the mix.

Mixmate Settings

The Mixmate settings allow for a last minute change to the holdback size or the Starting Carrier valve position and whether or not the Mixmate can automatically adjust the carrier valve position for best system performance. If you have a high percentage of carrier, the Starting Carrier Valve Position can also be larger. Likewise, a smaller percentage of carrier warrants a smaller Starting Carrier Valve Position. ** NOTE ** If you change any setting here, you MUST press SAVE for the changes to apply.

Mix Conditions

Mix Conditions only display required conditions for this mix. The two ways to show conditions here are to have the Apply to Every Mix turned on for a condition, or that condition is referenced by a product in the work order.

Mix Products

These are the products being added to this mix and are derived from the work order under which they were created.
1. This is the Product Name and under it is the final target application rate of this product.
2. This is the Mixmate Plumbing assigned to this product. Leaving the product unassigned means that you will add this product to the final mixed solution outside of the Mixmate equipment, but still want to record the product as it was added to the mix.
3. This is the total amount of product to be added to this mix.
4. This is the total amount of product left to be added to this mix. In a recovery mix, 3 and 4 can be different values if you the product was in process of being added when the mix was saved for recovery.
