To ensure the Mixmate App can communicate with your hardware, you must verify that all system permissions are granted and that Location Services are active.
On both Android and iOS devices, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth scanning are technically tied to Location Services. Even though the Mixmate App is not "tracking" your movement for navigation, the operating system will block the app from connecting to the machine's internal network if Location is disabled.
Location Services: Must be toggled ON in your device’s global settings.
App Permissions: Inside your device settings (under Apps -> Mixmate), ensure the following are set to "Allow" or "While Using the App":
Location (Precise Location is recommended).
Nearby Devices (Android 12+).
Local Network (iOS).
Bluetooth.
