Are power, signal lights lit? Check connection, cabling, plugs are seated securely.
Next check in configuration Components to make sure the flowmeter/mag meter is connected to the Module that the flowmeter is Physically connected.
Basically there are 2 reasons that the mag meter doesn't measure correctly if the above are correct:
1) If the actual is consistently different than what the Mixmate says, adjust the calibration:
New Calibration = Mixmate/Actual*Old Calibration
For example, Mixmate is showing 100 gallons, but your sprayer tank has 200 gallons and the current calibration is 24.
100/200 x 24 = 12, so the new calibration would be 12
2) If the actual is sporadically different than what the Mixmate says - This IS a grounding issue - You must figure out what is putting the stray voltage into the liquid.
3" Arag Mag meter light information.
Green - Liquid Present, No Flow
Blue - Liquid Present, Flow
Purple - No Liquid Detected, Typically Air
Red - Count flashes for error
Flashing Blue/Green - System is not properly grounded with external world.

Also, consider running firmware updates.
