Manual Mode is used for "on-the-fly" operations where you need to move fluid without running a pre-set Work Order. It allows you to manually toggle valves and pumps to prime the system or perform custom transfers.
[!WARNING]
No Failsafes: Manual Mode does not provide any automated stops or safety overrides. You are in full control of all hardware.
No Record Keeping: Unlike the Mix tab, actions taken in this specific mode do not generate a data record or update chemical inventory.
Locate the Navigation Bar: Look at the bottom of the Mixmate app screen.
Select Manual Mode: Tap the Manual Mode icon, which is the far-right tab on the navigation bar.

Select Your Machine: If you have multiple Mixmate systems, select the desired machine from the list to open its manual control dashboard.
Priming and Flushing: The standard tool for filling lines with carrier water or flushing out the manifold and hoses at the end of a field.
Manual Transfers: When you simply need to move a volume of fluid from one point to another..
Quick Testing of Operations: Allows you to verify that a pump is spinning or a valve is turning without having to build a Work Order first.
Manual Mode is also the "Home Base" for your system's performance configurations. From this tab, you can launch the following:
Carrier Pump Profiling: Lets the system analyze your pump and plumbing after installation to optimize mixing.
Note: If performance is poor after profiling, it usually indicates physical plumbing restrictions or an undersized pump that software cannot fix.
Inductor Calibration: Ensures your scale readings are accurate (using a 5-gallon test weight).
Inductor Drain Weight: Sets the baseline for empty plumbing to ensure accurate dosing.
Charge Product Input: Necessary for priming and measuring new product lines.
Before navigating away from the Manual Mode tab, always ensure:
All Valves are toggled to the Closed position.
All Pumps are turned off.
The Scale/Meter is no longer actively "reading."
