The Mixmate system combines hardware and software to automate your chemical mixing. Each part of the system has a specific job to do.
1. The Mixmate Machine (The Muscle) This is the physical equipment—the pumps, valves, and flowmeters.
It measures the chemicals automatically.
It mixes the products based on your instructions.
It ensures every mix is accurate.
2. The Mixmate App (The Controller) This is the app that runs on your tablet (Android or iOS) in the field.
Setup & Control: You can use the app to enter products, create work orders, and—most importantly—connect to the machine to run the pumps.
History: After the job is done, you can view your past records right in the app.
3. The Web App (The Data Hub) Located at app.mixmate.com, this is where your data lives.
Setup & Reporting: Like the mobile app, you can use the Web App to enter products and create work orders. It is also where you go to print detailed reports.
Sync: Any data created here syncs to your tablets automatically when they are online.
4. Intersect (The Admin Tool) This is strictly for account management.
Who uses it: Administrators.
What it does: Use this to manage user access, handle billing/subscriptions, and manage API connections.
Note: You do not use Intersect to run mixes or view reports.
The system is designed to keep your data in sync, no matter where you are.
Plan: Create your products and work orders in either the Web App or the Mixmate App.
Mix: The operator selects the work order in the Mixmate App, connects to the machine, and runs the mix.
Review: Once the devices sync, you can view the completed records on both the tablet and the web.
