Diagnostics Mode gives you direct, low-level manual control over every valve, motor, and sensor in your Mixmate system. It is primarily used for testing hardware, troubleshooting sensors, or performing maintenance.

Diagnostics Mode does not provide any failsafes. You are in full control of all hardware components. Ensure all valves are closed and readings are turned off before exiting this mode to prevent unintended product flow or spills.
Navigate to Mixmates: Starting on the Data Tab, select Mixmates from the list of options.
Select Your Machine: Locate the Mixmate machine you wish to test and tap the three dots (Menu icon) on the right side of the row.
Enter Diagnostics Mode: Select the Diagnostics Mode (or Manual Mode action) from the list.
Before you leave the Diagnostics screen, always verify the following:
Valves: All valve icons should be toggled to the Closed position.
Pumps/Motors: Ensure all drive commands are set to zero or turned off.
Sensors: Check that you aren't leaving a flowmeter "reading" active, which could affect your next automated mix.
