Group Settings Overview
Display Mix PDF for Each Mix
The display mix pdf for each mix toggles whether or not a pdf will be generated when saving and completing each mix. This allows for you to print off copies of each mix as they are completed.
Only show units in default Unit of Measurement System
The only show units in default unit of measurement system toggles whether or not to show units from both standard and metric, or just in the system as selected below in the Default Unit of Measure System.
Default Work Orders set to Reusable Mix
The default work orders set to reusable mix toggles whether a new work order defaults to a completable work order or a reusable mix. If you are more likely to enter prescriptions or recepies, then you want to turn on this toggle.
Auto import API work orders
The auto import api work orders toggle sets whether or not the Mixmate app imports valid work orders submitted through an api connection.
Update API Products on import
The update api products on import toggle sets whether or not you would like the product data coming through the api to overwrite the product data in the Mixmate system. This is typically turned on if you are able to manage the products through the connecting software.
Show Extra Mixmate Information During Mix
The show extra Mixmate information during mix toggles whether or not the Mixmate Voltage is displayed when using the Listview Layout. The Dashboard Layout always shows the Mixmate Voltage.
Output CSVs using IDs for grouping
The output csv's using id's for grouping toggles between the two different styles of csv output from Mixmate. When this is in the default off position, the csv creates a singular row of data for each mix. When this in turned on, each mix generates multiple lines in the csv and are grouped together using a unique identifier.
Dashboard Layout During Mix
The dashboard layout during mix toggles between the Listview style and the default Dashboard Layout.
Default Unit of Measure System
The default unit of measure system can either be standard or metric. This setting places either standard units towards the top of the lists or metric units. You can utilize a mixture of both to create your own rates to make calculations easiest for you.
Default Area Unit of Measurement
The default area unit of measurement is used to preset any entry that needs an area unit of measurement value.
Default Volume Unit of Measurement
The default volume unit of measurement is used to preset any entry that needs a volume unit of measurement value.
Default Weight Unit of Measurement
The default weight unit of measurement is used to preset any entry that needs a weight unit of measurement value.
Reconciliation Percent
The reconciliation percent is used to set window around the size of a container when rinsing. For example, if the percent is set to 5, and you have a 1 gallons container. If the amount measured is between 0.95 gallons and 1.05 gallons, it will record that you added an even 1 gallon of product.
