Group Settings Page

Group Settings Overview

The Group Settings page is where you configure the default behavior, measurement systems, and automation logic for your entire organization. These settings ensure that Mixmate operates consistently across all devices in your group.

Mix and Work Order Defaults

  • Display Mix PDF for Each Mix: When toggled ON, Mixmate automatically generates a PDF report as soon as a mix is saved. This is ideal if you need to print physical copies for operators immediately after a load.

  • Default Work Orders set to Reusable Mix: Toggles whether new Work Orders default to "Completable" or "Reusable."

    • Tip: Turn this ON if you primarily use standard recipes or prescriptions rather than one-time jobs.

  • Dashboard Layout During Mix: Choose between the default Dashboard Layout or the Listview Style for the mixing interface.

  • Show Extra Mixmate Information During Mix: If using the Listview layout, this toggle adds the Mixmate Voltage to the screen. (The Dashboard layout always shows voltage).

Units and Measurements

  • Default Unit of Measure System: Select either Standard or Metric. This prioritizes your preferred system at the top of selection lists.

  • Only Show Units in Default System: If toggled ON, Mixmate will hide units from the non-selected system (e.g., hiding liters if you are set to Standard).

  • Default Unit Presets: Set your standard defaults for Area (e.g., Acres), Volume (e.g., Gallons), and Weight (e.g., Pounds).

API and Data Integration

  • Auto Import API Work Orders: When enabled, Mixmate automatically pulls in valid Work Orders submitted via connected third-party software.

  • Update API Products on Import: Determines if incoming API data should overwrite existing product details in your System Data. Turn this ON if you manage your master product list in an external software platform.

  • Output CSVs Using IDs for Grouping: * OFF (Default): Generates a singular row of data for each mix.

    • ON: Generates multiple lines per mix, grouped by a unique identifier.

Reconciliation Settings

Reconciliation helps eliminate "inventory creep" by aligning the measured amount with the actual container size during a handpour (e.g., rinsing a jug into the inductor).

The Reconciliation Percent creates a "window" around the container size. If the measurement falls within that window when a rinse starts, Mixmate automatically "jumps" the measurement to the exact container size.

Example (2.5 Gallon Jug):

  • At 3%: If the measurement is between 2.43 and 2.57 gallons, it jumps to 2.5.

  • At 5%: If the measurement is between 2.38 and 2.62 gallons, it jumps to 2.5.

Managing Categories

  • Report Tag Categories Card: This section allows you to add or archive categories to keep your System Data organized and relevant.
