During a Mix - Listview Layout

Understanding the Mix Screen

When you are running a mix, the app changes to the Mix Screen. This interface gives you live control over every product going into the tank. This guide explains the buttons, cards, and colors you see during operation.

The Exit / Pause Button

Located in the top-left corner, pressing this button pauses the mix and opens a dialog with three options.

The Options:

  1. Save for Recovery: Select this if you need to stop now but finish later.

    • Example: You ran a tote empty and need to switch to jugs to finish the load. This saves your current progress so you can resume exactly where you left off.

  2. Save and Complete: Select this if you are done. This finalizes the mix and creates the permanent record in history.

  3. Cancel: Returns you to the mix screen to keep working.

Product Cards: Small Layout

The small card gives you a quick summary of a product's status. It is used when the product is waiting in line or being handled automatically by the machine.

Key Fields:

  • Name: The product name (e.g., "Roundup").

  • Plumbing: Which valve or pump the machine is using to move this product.

  • Status Bar: A visual progress bar (see colors below).

  • Flow Rate: How fast the product is moving.

  • Amounts: Displays the "Actual / Target" (e.g., 5.0 / 10.0).

Status Bar Colors The colored bar tells you exactly what is happening:

  • White/Gray: Waiting. The product has not started yet.

  • Orange: In Progress. The bar fills up as product is added.

  • Shaded Overlay: Rinsing or Pre-filling is happening.

  • Green: Complete. The target amount has been reached.

  • Blue: User Control. The system is waiting for you to do something (manual input).

Product Cards: Large Layout (Standard)

The card expands to the Large Layout when it is time for you to interact with a product. This typically happens when you are adding chemicals manually through an inductor.

Key Buttons:

  • Continuous Flow: Switches the card to "Continuous Flow" mode (see below). Note: The product must have a container size set to use this.

  • Drain Inductor: Records the weight currently in the inductor, opens the valve to drain it, and then allows you to add more.

  • Finish Step: Press this when you are completely done adding this product.

    • Note: If you have a Pro Inductor, closing the lid automatically triggers this button.

Product Cards: Large Layout (Continuous Flow)

This layout is used for adding large amounts of dry flowables (like multiple bags of powder). It keeps the inductor flushed with water while you pour to prevent clogging.

How it works: Instead of weighing the powder directly, the machine maintains a water level in the inductor, and you simply count the full containers you add.

Key Buttons:

  • Container Size: Shows the size of one bag/jug (e.g., 50 lbs).

  • (+) Add: Adds one container size to the total amount.

  • (-) Remove: Removes one container size (use this to correct a mistake).

  • Return: Switches back to the Standard layout.

  • Finish Step: Press this when all containers have been added.
