Dashboard Layout Example - Mix Completed
Press this button in the top left corner to pause the mix and show a dialog of options of what you would like to do with the mix.
1. Save for Recovery is the option you want to select if you are not done with this mix and want to save the current state and come back to it. This is also the option to select if you run a tote empty and need to switch to jugs to finish the mix.
2. Save and Complete is the option you want to select if you are done with this mix and want to save it to the records. Mixes will not show in records unless they are completed.
3. Cancel will take you back to the mixing process
Mix Status Card
The mix status card gives you information such as the Mixmate voltage, the mixed total, the overall mix flowrate.
1. The Mixmate voltage is read at the power module, which is the white box behind the machine status light.
2. The mixed total shows the overall progress of the mix.
3. The overall mix flowrate is the total of all the individual flowrates.
Product Card - Small Layout
The small product card is used to display the status of each product in the mix.
1. This is the name of the product this card is representing.
2. This is the plumbing of the Mixmate machine this product is using to measure and control the product into the mix.
3. This is the actual amount of the product that has been added to the mix.
4. This is the target amount of the product to be added to the mix.
Colors of the cards
- White/gray - This product has not been added to the mix yet.
- Clockwise Orange Fill - percentage of actual amount of product added to the mix compared to the target amount.
- Shaded overlay - percentage indication of progress through either prefill or rinsing operations associated with that product.
- Green - This product has been marked complete either automatically by the machine or by the user.
Product Card - Large Layout - Standard
The standard layout for large card is used when the user has to participate in adding the product into the mix. Typically, this product is added through an inductor.
1. This is the name of the product this card is representing.
2. This is the plumbing of the Mixmate machine this product is using to measure and control the product into the mix.
3. This is the actual amount of the product that has been added to the mix.
4. This is the target amount of the product to be added to the mix.
5. The continuous flow button changes to Continuous Flow. To access continuous flow, the product MUST have a container size set. Continuous flow is used when there is large amount of dry flowables to be added to the mix. It allows the user to account for whole containers of products incrementally.
6. The drain inductor button records the current amount of product added to the mix, then drains the inductor, then allows you to resume adding product to the inductor.
7. The finish step button is used when you are done adding this product to the mix. When you have a Pro Inductor, closing the lid is the same as pressing the finish step button. If the product has not reached the target amount and you have saved this mix for recovery, you will have the opportunity to add more of this product to the mix.

Product Card - Large Layout - Continuous Flow
The Continuous Flow layout is used when adding multiple whole containers of a dry product to the mix. The inductor is changed from weighing product directly to maintaining a level in the inductor. The tank rinse valve is opened and the drain valve is regulated to maintain the weight in the inductor. The tank rinse valve will close if the weight in the inductor becomes too great as to not overflow the inductor.
1. This is the name of the product this card is representing.
2. This is the plumbing of the Mixmate machine this product is using to measure and control the product into the mix.
3. This is the actual amount of the product that has been added to the mix.
4. This is the target amount of the product to be added to the mix.
5. This is the container size defined for the product. This is the amount the actual will increment by.
6. The return button will take you back to the standard layout above.
7. The remove button will decrement the actual by the container size amount, but will not go below zero.
8. The add button will increment the actual by the container size amount.
9. The finish step button is used when you are done adding this product to the mix. When you have a Pro Inductor, closing the lid is the same as pressing the finish step button. If the product has not reached the target amount and you have saved this mix for recovery, you will have the opportunity to add more of this product to the mix.
