This guide explains how to log into the Mixmate App on your tablet or phone for the first time.
Install the App: Make sure the Mixmate App is installed on your device.
Credentials: Have your email and password ready.
Note: Your login is the same for the Mixmate App, the Web App (app.mixmate.com), and Intersect. You use one email and password for everything.
Open: Tap the Mixmate icon to launch the app.
Notifications (Optional): You may be asked if you want to receive notifications. We recommend selecting Allow so you get alerts about app updates.
User Agreement: You will see a safety warning and user agreement. You must agree to these terms to continue.
Summary: You agree to follow safety instructions, use protective equipment (PPE), and acknowledge that Praxidyn is not responsible for operator mistakes.
Enter your email and password.
Tip: If you just created your account, these are the same details you used to sign into the website.
If your email is linked to more than one company (e.g., you are a contractor working for multiple clients), the app will ask you to choose which Organization you want to work in right now.
The app will ask: "Allow Mixmate to use your location?"
You must select "Allow While Using App" and enable "Precise Location".
Why? The app does not track your GPS location for fun. Google and Apple require this permission so the app can scan for nearby Wi-Fi networks. The app uses this to automatically connect your tablet to the Mixmate Machine when you start a mix. If you deny this, the app cannot connect to the machine.
I can't see my Organization. This usually means your administrator hasn't added your user account to the team yet. Contact them to check your settings in Intersect.
I entered the right password, but it won't let me in. Double-check your spelling. If you are sure it is correct, try resetting your password via intersect.mixmate.com.
The app won't connect to the machine later. This is often because Location Permissions were denied during setup. Go to your device Settings > Apps > Mixmate > Permissions and ensure Location is set to "While Using the App" or "Always".
