Before running a mix, you may need to tell the machine which valve to use for a product or check if you have enough chemical left. This guide explains how to assign plumbing and manage inventory directly from the setup screen.
"Assigning Plumbing" means telling the system which physical valve or pump controls a specific product. This is required for the machine to automatically measure and move that product.
How to do it: Tap on the Product Card in your mix list. A window (modal) will open where you can select the correct input (e.g., "Inductor," "Tote 1," "Bulk Tank").
The system can track how much product is left in your containers. This helps prevent running out halfway through a mix.
Prerequisite: You must have a Container Size set in the product settings for this to work.
The Countdown: The app displays a simple countdown of the remaining volume.
Warnings: You will see a warning alert if:
You do not have enough product to finish the current mix.
The container will end up with less than 10% remaining after the mix.
How to Edit Inventory If the number in the app doesn't match what is physically in the tank, you can update it in two ways:
Go to the main Product Page.
Quick Edit: Tap the product card during mix setup and edit the inventory directly in the pop-up window.
If you are pumping chemicals through long hoses, you need to account for the liquid inside the hose.
Prerequisite: You must have Hose Dimensions set up for the Input you are using.
You can select these options to clean or prep your lines as part of the mix:
Charge Line: Select this if your hose is currently full of water. The machine will push the water out and fill the line with chemical before it starts measuring the product for the mix.
Rinse Line: Select this to clean the hose after the product is added. The mix will pause automatically to allow you to flush the line with water, and then resume once the line is clean.
Both: Select both if you are using a product for a single mix and want to start clean and end clean.
Verification Your choices (Charge, Rinse, or Both) will appear as icons or text on the product card before you start the mix, allowing you to verify the operation.
