The Company Dashboard on Intersect (intersect.mixmate.com) is your central hub for managing your organizational data and the people who operate the equipment.

1. Company Information

This section contains the core identity of your account.

  • Fields: Company Name, Owner Email, Owner Phone, and Billing/Shipping Addresses.

  • Editing: To update this information, click the Edit button in the Company Info section. Note that all fields are required to save changes.

2. Admin Users vs. Mixmate Profiles

It is important to understand the difference between who can manage the system and who can operate the machines.

  • Admin Users: These individuals have high-level access. They can sign into Intersect to manage the company dashboard, as well as use the Web App (app.mixmate.com) and the Mixmate Tablet App. All fields are required when creating an Admin User.

  • Mixmate Profiles: These are the specific permission sets assigned to users within the Mixmate Tablet App. This controls what a user can see or change while standing at the mixing station.

3. Access Levels (Permissions)

When setting up a user, you must assign one of the following Access Levels:
